Evolve
If you are ready to make a change in your health and overall fitness level but not interested in the Olympic lifting or complex movements used in CrossFit, our EVOLVE class is the place to be. This program delivers strength, flexibility, a wider range of motion, and endurance to help you keep up with demands of everyday life.
Rock Solid Kids
Our kids program incorporates gymnastics, bodyweight training, age appropriate weight lifting, and endurance training like climbing, jumping, and running. Our ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and introduce the importance of fitness to your children.
Endurance
This program places emphasis on the cardiovascular/respiratory endurance fitness domain. In this class we will take away the barbell and use equipment such as rowers, assault bikes, dumbbells, your own body weight, etc. Come to this class to get a total body, high intensity, constantly varied workout before you start your day!
