This class is great for anyone looking to increase their endurance and stamina. This hour long class will keep you moving the entire with a mix a cardio, light weight and bodyweight movements.

open gym

Open Gym is a great time to come in to focus on additional strength work or to make up a missed workout from earlier in the week.


This program is geared toward those who are in need of an effective and structured program but are not ready or interested in our CrossFit classes. This class is great for those with any limitaions as it is taught by a Licensed Health Professional and Certified CrossFit Coach.
